Students and teaching graduates with a specific interest in becoming a teacher are welcome to apply for inclusion in the mentoring program.
The aim of the program is to motivate interested people in the transition to a doctorate, to provide them with tailored support and to support them with individual questions. To do this, tandems are matched, taking into account the topics and research fields or research methods that interest them. Each tandem receives a mentor from the (post)doc phase for scientific support.
